Buffalo Chicken Blue Cheese Dip Recipe
Having a super bowl party? Or maybe just looking for a new dip to try? Well I have come up with a dip I think you will love! Well if you love Buffalo chicken that is. It only uses four ingredients too! So you don’t have to worry about buying half the store just to make one thing. Actually you may already have some of the items on hand. So you ready to try it? Lets get started!
3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 Stick Butter
1/2 Cup Hot Sauce (I Use Frank’s Red Hot)
3/4 Cup Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
First take your chicken and trim off any fat or anything that needs to be cut off. Then cut it into small cubes. In a large skillet, add the butter and the hot sauce and cook on medium heat until butter is melted. Mix it together and then add the cubed chicken. Cook for 15 – 20 min stirring occasionally. You want the chicken to fully cooked and the buffalo chicken sauce to thicken.
Now put the chicken into a food processor. I have one of the mini ones and it does just fine, just need to do it in a few batches. Chop the chicken until it is tiny little pieces. Then place it into a medium mixing bowl. Now add the blue cheese dressing and mix well. That is it! You are now ready to serve and enjoy Buffalo Chicken Blue Cheese Dip! It goes great with celery or tortilla chips. This is sure to be a hit, it was at my house!
