3 Ingredient Tomato, Broccoli Cream Cheese Bites
Here is a super easy snack you can make using just three ingredients! I am one that has always loved tomatoes and broccoli. So I was wondering what I could make for a snack using those. I came up with these easy bites that take just minutes to make and you do not have to have a ton of ingredients to make it. So if you are looking for something different to snack on too, give these a try and let us know what you think.

Tomato, Broccoli Cream Cheese Bites

Ingredients:
10 Cherry or Grape Tomatoes
4 Tbsp. Cream Cheese Softened
2 Broccoli Florets Raw

Directions:
Start by rinsing off the tomatoes and broccoli with water. Then take the tomatoes and cut them in half. To get them to sit on the plate simply cut off a small piece off the bottom of the tomato. Now using the tip of your knife scrape out the inside of the tomato into a small bowl.

Using the knife shave the two broccoli florets tops off into the same bowl as the tomatoes. Just the tops and not the stalk. Add in the cream cheese and mix until fully blended.

Now to put the mixture into the tomatoes, I find it more easy to use a pastry bag or a sandwich bag with one corner cut off. Squeeze it into each tomato. Until you are ready to serve, keep them refrigerated.

  1. These are fantastic! I use half Greek yogurt and half low fat cream cheese. I also add fresh dill and chives with a dash of onion salt. Awesome, healthy snacks.
