As someone with Fibromyalgia sleeping is not easy for me. Finding a comfortable position to lay in is always a challenge. I always have a hard time finding a pillow that gives me the right amount of comfort. They are always either to flimsy and don’t give my neck enough support, or too thick and solid and raise my head to high. Not to mention when they are that thick they push on my trigger points.

Well I was recently sent a Sweet Spot Pillow to try out and see what I thought about it. I have to say it is a very well made pillow with very high quality materials. It is made with hypoallergenic fill inside of 100% soft cotton tailored shell. It has two independent comfort stabilizer chambers with both resilient and soft support. When you use it with the embroidered S above the seam line you get more softness or flipped with the embroidered S below the seam for more support. Just test it out to see what is more comfortable to you.

The one that I tried was what they call Regular Queen pillow. I thought it had a great balance of support to it. Not only did it have enough fill to give my neck and head the support it needs, it was not so thick as to push on my trigger points. Thanks to the Sweet Spot Pillow I see some restful nights in my future!

If you think this one looks to think or thin for you don’t worry they have them available in other sizes too. You can order a Sweet Spot Pillow in three different sizes and you can choose from three different thicknesses. They come in Standard 20″ x 26″, Queen 20″ x 30″ or King 20″ x 36″. For the support part the Sweet Spot Pillow is available in Low Profile(LP) with the least amount of support, Regular(Reg) for normal amount of support and Xtra Loft (XL) for the most amount of support. Not sure what would work best for you? No worries they have a great chart with different sleep position to help you choose. Not to mention they are also having a great sale going on!
