Easy Air Fryer Breakfast Pizza

This air fryer breakfast pizza is so easy to make. Plus they can be premade and frozen for a breakfast on the go!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Can  Jumbo Biscuits
  • 3/4 Cup Sausage Crumble
  • 1 15 oz Can Sausage Gravy

Method
 

  1. Flatten out the biscuit so that it is pretty thin but not so thin it gets holes in it. I just used my hands to flatten but you could use a rolling pin.
  2. When flattened, place on an air fryer tray, just make sure they are not touching.
  3. Add a large spoonful to spoonful and a half of gravy over the dough. Spread it out over the dough but leave a little of the dough exposed around the edge.
  4. Don’t make it too thick as it will not let the dough cook right.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the gravy.
  6. Sprinkle sausage over the cheese.
  7. Place in the air fryer and cook at 300 degrees for 7 minutes. I just put it in right from the start without pre-heating the fryer.
