Air Fryer Apple Cake
If you love apples, you will love this air fryer apple cake! It has chunks of apples throughout the cake as well as brown sugar and apples on the top.
Air Fryer Apple Cake
This air fryer apple cake is really flavourful on its own, but you can take it to the next level when topped with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream.
If apples are not your thing, this same recipe could also be made using pears. Simply swap out the apples for the same amount of pears.
To make this cake, you will need a deep cake pan that will fit in your air fryer. I used this 7 x 4 inch cake pan.
I baked mine in the Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer Oven but it can be made in any air fryer. However, each air fryer can cook slightly different. So just be sure you keep an eye on it when you bake it for the first time.

I have a Philips Premium – Airfryer XXL HD9867 and I have followed your recipe 100%.
The temperature given must be too low. 325F = 160C
With this temperature I have to bake the cake for at least 50 minutes and after removing the foil for another 30 minutes.
Which airfryer do you have since you only need 30 minutes ???
Today I got a far better result when I increased the temperature to 180C.
Do you have any comments on this?
By the way, the cake is very good 🙂
Happy you like the cake! As I said in my post above, I use the Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer Oven . The time and temp in the directions are correct. When I made it on a higher temp I ended up with almost burnt edges with it still not done in the middle.
