Garlic Parmesan Air Fryer Wings
One of the best things about eating wings is it is a nice low-carb snack. If you are someone that has to watch carbs and sugars, snacks like these are nice to have around. Plus with these Garlic Parmesan Air Fryer Wings, they are much lower in fat too with them being made in the air fryer.
These wings were made in the Ninja Foodie XL. However, they could be made in any air fryer or air fryer oven. I recommend the Instant Pot Vortex hands down!

Ingredients Needed:
- Salt
- Pepper
- 12 Chicken Wings
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- Garlic Powder
- Parmesan Cheese
How To Make These Wings:
Start by preheating the air fryer to 390.
Grab the wings from the refrigerator and pat them dry with a paper towel. Place them on an air fryer tray or basket.
Lightly rub or brush the wings with melted butter.
Sprinkle the buttered wings with a little salt and pepper.
Place the tray or basket in the preheated air fryer and cook for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, remove tray/basket from air fryer and sprinkle with garlic.
Place the tray/basket back in the air fryer for another 5-10 minutes depending on how crispy you like your wings.
When they are to your crispy liking, remove them from the air fryer. Then give them a good sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
