Start by whisking the sugar, instant coffee, and hot water together until it forms peaks. Next, you want to fill two glasses with ice cubes.
Then pour in the desired amount of Cookies ‘N’ Cream (or flavor of choice) milkshake. If you don’t want it to be too sweet, just use a few teaspoons. But if you like bold flavors and things on the sweeter side you might want to use an ounce or more.
Now fill the rest of your cup with the milk of your choice.
Next, add three spoonfuls of the whipped coffee mixture on top of each milk/milkshake filled cup.
Top the whipped coffee with the crushed Cookies ‘N’ Cream Bar and serve.
