Luscious No Bake Lemon Pie Recipe, Mmmmm Mmmm Good!

Luscious No Bake Lemon Pie
Makes 2 pies
What You Need:
2-graham cracker pie crust
2- 8 oz light cream cheese
2 pkg. sugar-free lemon instant pudding
2- cups sugar-free cool whip
2 cups crushed walnuts
¼ cup lemon juice
3 ½ cups milk
Lemon zest (opt)
How To Make It:
Place 1 cup chopped walnuts into each pie crust.
In a medium bowl beat the cream cheese, lemon juice and sugar until smooth.
Spread ½ of mixture over each pie crust.
In a medium bowl whisk together pudding mix and milk, then spread ½ of mixture over each on top of cream cheese mixture.
Chill until set.
Top with whip cream and lemon zest.
