Air Fryer Breakfast Pizza
This air fryer breakfast pizza was made in the Instant Vortex Air Fryer Oven but can be made in any air fryer. It can also be made in the oven.
We kept this recipe simple by just using gravy, sausage, and cheese. But you could also add other toppings such as mushrooms, peppers, scrambled eggs, and so on.

Ingredients Needed:
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (or a little more if you like extra cheesy)
- 1 Can Jumbo Biscuits
- 3/4 Cup Sausage Crumble
- 1 15 oz Can Sausage Gravy
How To Make This Air Fryer Recipe:
Flatten out the biscuit so that it is pretty thin but not so thin it gets holes in it. I just used my hands to flatten but you could use a rolling pin.
When flattened, place on an air fryer tray, just make sure they are not touching.
Add a large spoonful to spoonful and a half of gravy over the dough. Spread it out over the dough but leave a little of the dough exposed around the edge.
Don’t make it too thick as it will not let the dough cook right.
Sprinkle cheese over the gravy.
Sprinkle sausage over the cheese.
Place in the air fryer and cook at 300 degrees for 7 minutes. I just put it in right from the start without pre-heating the fryer.
How To Premake & Store:
These can be pre-made and stored with a few different options.
First, you can premake them and bake them, then allow them to cool then freeze. Then when you are ready to enjoy you can either reheat it in the microwave or air fryer.
If re-heating in the microwave simply place on a microwave-safe plate and cook for 1 minute. Check to see if hot in the center. If not cook for 30 more seconds.
If re-heating in the air fryer, place right in the air fryer from frozen. Cook at 300 for 8 minutes including the heating up time.
You can also make these ahead and not bake them just freeze them. Then when you are ready to use, simply put them in the air fryer from frozen and cook at 300 for 9 minutes. I just pop them right in without pre-heating the air fryer.
