Onion Pepper Steak Subs
Cook Time: 15 Min.
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 12 oz Package Sandwich Steaks
1 16 oz Bag Frozen Peppers and Onions (like for stir frying)
1 Bag of Frozen French fries (The Checkers Restaurant brand is worth the extra money)
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
Sub Rolls or Hot dog buns
Directions:
Add fries to cookie sheet and cook according to the manufacturers directions.
In a pan, break up the thin sheets of sandwich steaks. Then add frozen peppers and onions. It might need just 1/4 cup of water at the beginning while the natural juices come out of the steak. Sprinkle with garlic powder. In the meantime, the water will all evaporate, and the veggies and steak will cook good together. Total time is about 15 minutes on medium heat. Scoop out meat and pepper mixture onto a your favorite rolls or even a hot dog bun. Then top with a little mozzarella or even slices of cheese. Enjoy!
