If you are looking for an idea for dinner, you have come to the right place. Not only are these stuffed pepper minis super easy to make, they are to die for! You will have a yummy dinner to put on the table in no time at all. This recipe only uses eight ingredients and chances are you already have most of them in your kitchen.
Recipe For Stuffed Pepper Minis
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 lb Sweet Mini Peppers
1 lb Ground Beef
1 cup Rice “Cooked”
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (you can use any shredded cheese really)
1/2 cup Ketchup
Preheat oven to 350. Then rinse the peppers off. Now split peppers lengthwise and remove seeds so they are clean inside. Now brown ground beef and then drain off the grease. Add in garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire and ketchup to skillet with the drained beef. Cook for a few more minutes until heated through. Then add cooked rice and mix well.
Then spray baking sheet with non-stick spray or grease it with butter. Lay the split peppers on the sheet with the hollow side up. Then fill with meat and rice mixture. Sprinkle the top of each pepper with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. This could take a little less depending on your oven.
