Morning Toast Pizza

Pre-heat oven to 350°

What You Need:

10-pcs of bread
1-tomatoe
½ red onion
1-pkg 2cup shredded cheese
1 Lb. sausage
9 eggs
Feta cheese to taste

How To Make:

Toast bread
Brown sausage
Chop onion and tomatoes
Wisk eggs
Place toast in sheet pan, and cover with shredded cheese, sausage, tomato, and onion.
Pour eggs over top.
Top with feta cheese and bake at 350° for 18-20 min. or until eggs are set.
Remove from oven slice, serve and enjoy!
